| A bit of needlework stitched long ago... |
The day could have been marred by contention
by strife and conflict
by division
But these simple words were spoken again and again
washing over the hearers
"...what does the Lord require of you
but to do justice
to love kindness
and to walk humbly with your God?"
Micah 6:8
These words
from ancient days
rang true in this time
bringing peace
uniting hearts.
A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in settings of silver.
Proverbs 25:11
